開(kai)展大尺寸(cun)(cun)AMOLED顯示產(chan)(chan)品研(yan)(yan)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa),研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)高(gao)阻水(shui)性薄(bo)膜(mo)(mo)封(feng)(feng)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)、面(mian)(mian)板封(feng)(feng)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)、OLED MEM 封(feng)(feng)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)、多(duo)層結構器(qi)(qi)件開(kai)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)等(deng)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu),開(kai)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)出高(gao)壽(shou)命、高(gao)信賴性的(de)大尺寸(cun)(cun)AMOLED顯示產(chan)(chan)品。開(kai)展新型3D顯示研(yan)(yan)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa),改進真(zhen)3D顯示技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)的(de)研(yan)(yan)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)與應(ying)用,基于裸(luo)眼3D視頻(pin)源處(chu)理技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu),開(kai)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)低成本、高(gao)信賴的(de)大面(mian)(mian)積3D全息圖(tu)的(de)自(zi)動化制(zhi)作(zuo)與播(bo)放終(zhong)端設備(bei)。圍(wei)繞高(gao)性能頭(tou)戴(dai)式(shi)顯示需要,研(yan)(yan)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)超(chao)(chao)薄(bo)高(gao)衍(yan)射效(xiao)率全息波導、超(chao)(chao)輕薄(bo)光(guang)學透鏡(jing)中繼和系(xi)列化智能頭(tou)戴(dai)顯示器(qi)(qi)產(chan)(chan)品。開(kai)展平板顯示核心配套材(cai)料(liao)及裝(zhuang)(zhuang)備(bei)研(yan)(yan)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa),開(kai)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)以柔性、超(chao)(chao)薄(bo)、多(duo)功(gong)能電(dian)子(zi)玻璃(li)為代表的(de)平板顯示核心材(cai)料(liao),支持(chi)In Cell Touch面(mian)(mian)板電(dian)磁屏(ping)蔽用高(gao)阻抗膜(mo)(mo)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)、觸控模組(zu)一(yi)體化、打(da)印(yin)OLED器(qi)(qi)件、打(da)印(yin)量子(zi)點顯示技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)、打(da)印(yin)薄(bo)膜(mo)(mo)封(feng)(feng)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)等(deng)關鍵工藝技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)及設備(bei)研(yan)(yan)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)。支持(chi)準分子(zi)激(ji)光(guang)退火、高(gao)端OLED鍍膜(mo)(mo)、無掩膜(mo)(mo)激(ji)光(guang)微納(na)米三維加工等(deng)設備(bei)自(zi)主研(yan)(yan)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)。

2.半(ban)(ban)(ban)導體量子(zi)(zi)芯(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian)。研(yan)究適用于半(ban)(ban)(ban)導體量子(zi)(zi)芯(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian)研(yan)制(zhi)的(de)硅(gui)(gui)(gui)基(ji)材(cai)(cai)料生長(chang)工藝,以硅(gui)(gui)(gui)鍺(zang)異質結和(he)(he)硅(gui)(gui)(gui)MOS兩種(zhong)結構為(wei)基(ji)礎,設計和(he)(he)開發一套分子(zi)(zi)束外(wai)延和(he)(he)化學氣相(xiang)沉積系(xi)(xi)統生長(chang)高(gao)(gao)界面(mian)質量的(de)硅(gui)(gui)(gui)鍺(zang)異質結和(he)(he)硅(gui)(gui)(gui)/氧(yang)(yang)化硅(gui)(gui)(gui)材(cai)(cai)料,通(tong)過減(jian)小硅(gui)(gui)(gui)鍺(zang)異質結材(cai)(cai)料界面(mian)缺陷、提(ti)高(gao)(gao)二(er)氧(yang)(yang)化硅(gui)(gui)(gui)/硅(gui)(gui)(gui)界面(mian)質量等方式來獲得擁有(you)長(chang)量子(zi)(zi)相(xiang)干時間的(de)同位(wei)素純化的(de)硅(gui)(gui)(gui)和(he)(he)鍺(zang)材(cai)(cai)料的(de)高(gao)(gao)電子(zi)(zi)遷移(yi)率和(he)(he)低界面(mian)態密度的(de)硅(gui)(gui)(gui)基(ji)半(ban)(ban)(ban)導體量子(zi)(zi)芯(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian)材(cai)(cai)料體系(xi)(xi),為(wei)大規模量子(zi)(zi)芯(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian)的(de)研(yan)發奠定材(cai)(cai)料基(ji)礎。研(yan)制(zhi)極低溫稀釋制(zhi)冷(leng)機系(xi)(xi)統,為(wei)超導、硅(gui)(gui)(gui)自旋、拓(tuo)撲等量子(zi)(zi)芯(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian)研(yan)究提(ti)供(gong)高(gao)(gao)精度測試環(huan)境。

3.新型(xing)高(gao)可靠芯(xin)(xin)(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian)關(guan)鍵技術(shu)。研(yan)發(fa)(fa)抗(kang)(kang)(kang)(kang)輻(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)照(zhao)納米材料封(feng)裝(zhuang)、電(dian)(dian)路加固(gu)(gu)設(she)計(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)、關(guan)鍵元器(qi)(qi)件等(deng)集(ji)成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)路芯(xin)(xin)(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian)抗(kang)(kang)(kang)(kang)輻(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)照(zhao)技術(shu),生產抗(kang)(kang)(kang)(kang)輻(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)照(zhao)、高(gao)可靠芯(xin)(xin)(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian),應(ying)用(yong)(yong)于(yu)航(hang)(hang)空航(hang)(hang)天、核(he)輻(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)射等(deng)領域。研(yan)發(fa)(fa)超高(gao)真(zhen)空磁控濺射系統(tong)、超高(gao)真(zhen)空獲得關(guan)鍵技術(shu)。突破芯(xin)(xin)(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian)抗(kang)(kang)(kang)(kang)輻(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)照(zhao)封(feng)裝(zhuang)技術(shu)、存儲芯(xin)(xin)(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian)電(dian)(dian)路加固(gu)(gu)技術(shu)等(deng)關(guan)鍵技術(shu),為(wei)未(wei)來星(xing)鏈通訊(xun)、登月工程、空間站(zhan)等(deng)重(zhong)點項(xiang)目(mu)提供技術(shu)支持(chi)。圍繞自旋存儲技術(shu)開展(zhan)新一代自旋存儲器(qi)(qi)的研(yan)發(fa)(fa)和(he)(he)設(she)計(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)。為(wei)實現航(hang)(hang)空航(hang)(hang)天用(yong)(yong)抗(kang)(kang)(kang)(kang)輻(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)照(zhao)二次電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)和(he)(he)三次電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)的國產化研(yan)制(zhi)(zhi),開展(zhan)抗(kang)(kang)(kang)(kang)輻(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)照(zhao)PWM控制(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)(qi)芯(xin)(xin)(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian)、抗(kang)(kang)(kang)(kang)輻(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)照(zhao)POL芯(xin)(xin)(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian)和(he)(he)抗(kang)(kang)(kang)(kang)輻(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)照(zhao)LDO芯(xin)(xin)(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian)研(yan)制(zhi)(zhi)。突破低溫(wen)低噪聲芯(xin)(xin)(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian)設(she)計(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)、工藝制(zhi)(zhi)備、集(ji)成(cheng)封(feng)裝(zhuang)及測試(shi)等(deng)技術(shu),形(xing)成(cheng)低溫(wen)電(dian)(dian)子專(zhuan)用(yong)(yong)芯(xin)(xin)(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian)設(she)計(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)造能(neng)力(li),應(ying)用(yong)(yong)于(yu)量子計(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)算、行星(xing)探測。

4.高速(su)CMOS圖(tu)像傳感器(qi)芯片。研制高分辨率、高幀率、寬動態范圍、低功(gong)耗(hao)的CMOS圖(tu)像傳感器(qi)芯片,構(gou)建(jian)低功(gong)耗(hao)、低成本、小(xiao)體積(ji)高速(su)攝(she)像系(xi)統(tong)。開展8K高清大容量高速(su)數據存(cun)儲與控制系(xi)統(tong)研發及產業化。

(三)量子技術

1.量(liang)子(zi)(zi)(zi)計(ji)(ji)(ji)算(suan)。研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)適用(yong)(yong)于特(te)定(ding)行業領域的專用(yong)(yong)中(zhong)等規模含噪聲量(liang)子(zi)(zi)(zi)計(ji)(ji)(ji)算(suan)機(ji)(ji),推(tui)動(dong)量(liang)子(zi)(zi)(zi)計(ji)(ji)(ji)算(suan)機(ji)(ji)的物理實現和量(liang)子(zi)(zi)(zi)仿真應(ying)用(yong)(yong)。推(tui)動(dong)量(liang)子(zi)(zi)(zi)調控(kong)與量(liang)子(zi)(zi)(zi)信(xin)息應(ying)用(yong)(yong)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu),在(zai)新原(yuan)理原(yuan)型(xing)器(qi)(qi)件等方(fang)面取得突破,向功能化集成(cheng)和實用(yong)(yong)化方(fang)向推(tui)進。研(yan)(yan)發(fa)超導量(liang)子(zi)(zi)(zi)比(bi)(bi)特(te)芯(xin)片高(gao)密度(du)封裝(zhuang)技術(shu),研(yan)(yan)制極低溫(wen)條件下高(gao)密度(du)、高(gao)可靠性的芯(xin)片扇出封裝(zhuang),研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)信(xin)號引(yin)出技術(shu),解決(jue)中(zhong)大規模量(liang)子(zi)(zi)(zi)比(bi)(bi)特(te)芯(xin)片的信(xin)號扇出問(wen)題。研(yan)(yan)發(fa)量(liang)子(zi)(zi)(zi)計(ji)(ji)(ji)算(suan)機(ji)(ji)程(cheng)序編譯(yi)系(xi)統。研(yan)(yan)制將用(yong)(yong)戶語言轉化成(cheng)特(te)定(ding)量(liang)子(zi)(zi)(zi)計(ji)(ji)(ji)算(suan)機(ji)(ji)型(xing)直接可用(yong)(yong)的底層設備(bei)指令的程(cheng)序編譯(yi)器(qi)(qi),實現頂層用(yong)(yong)戶可以(yi)不依賴(lai)于具(ju)體的量(liang)子(zi)(zi)(zi)計(ji)(ji)(ji)算(suan)機(ji)(ji)型(xing)和控(kong)制設備(bei)即可正常(chang)編程(cheng)。超導量(liang)子(zi)(zi)(zi)計(ji)(ji)(ji)算(suan)室溫(wen)(低溫(wen))操控(kong)技術(shu)。

2.量(liang)子(zi)通(tong)信(xin)(xin)。采用(yong)國產CPU芯(xin)片,開(kai)(kai)展以平臺(tai)(tai)化為(wei)內核的(de)(de)(de)量(liang)子(zi)通(tong)信(xin)(xin)產品(pin)開(kai)(kai)發,研制集成化、高可靠的(de)(de)(de)量(liang)子(zi)通(tong)信(xin)(xin)關鍵(jian)設(she)備。突破高速低損耗量(liang)子(zi)光電器件與(yu)(yu)模(mo)塊的(de)(de)(de)設(she)計封裝、經典(dian)光與(yu)(yu)量(liang)子(zi)光的(de)(de)(de)單(dan)纖復用(yong)、深低溫環境(jing)保持等關鍵(jian)技術。制定(ding)量(liang)子(zi)密碼等量(liang)子(zi)通(tong)信(xin)(xin)領(ling)域的(de)(de)(de)有關國家和行業標(biao)準。開(kai)(kai)展量(liang)子(zi)通(tong)信(xin)(xin)基礎軟(ruan)件與(yu)(yu)應用(yong)終(zhong)端的(de)(de)(de)研制,開(kai)(kai)展量(liang)子(zi)安全(quan)通(tong)訊應用(yong)示范(fan)平臺(tai)(tai)建設(she),實現規模(mo)化應用(yong)。

3.量(liang)(liang)子(zi)測量(liang)(liang)。基于鉆(zhan)石自旋(xuan)量(liang)(liang)子(zi)探針(zhen)的(de)(de)量(liang)(liang)子(zi)調控技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)、量(liang)(liang)子(zi)信(xin)息應用(yong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)以及微觀磁共(gong)振等關(guan)鍵(jian)核心技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)。研(yan)制量(liang)(liang)子(zi)鉆(zhan)石原子(zi)力顯微鏡、脈沖式電子(zi)順磁共(gong)振波(bo)譜儀、量(liang)(liang)子(zi)測控儀器、掃描電鏡等高端電測量(liang)(liang)和磁測量(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)相(xiang)關(guan)儀器設備及其關(guan)鍵(jian)核心部件。面向先進材料、半導(dao)體(ti)檢測、量(liang)(liang)子(zi)科學、生命(ming)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)、醫療和臨床研(yan)究(jiu)等領域,開(kai)發量(liang)(liang)子(zi)測量(liang)(liang)相(xiang)關(guan)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)行業應用(yong)解決方案等。

(四)電(dian)子信息(xi)

1.新型電子材(cai)料(liao)元器件。開展石墨(mo)烯(xi)、碳化(hua)硅、有機發(fa)(fa)光、大(da)尺寸靶(ba)材(cai)以及超導(dao)、納米、智能等(deng)前沿材(cai)料(liao)研發(fa)(fa);開展多(duo)層陶(tao)瓷(ci)毫米波封裝天線、半導(dao)體(ti)場效(xiao)(xiao)應(ying)管(MOSFET)、絕緣(yuan)柵晶體(ti)管(IGBT)等(deng)核(he)心器件產業(ye)化(hua)關(guan)鍵技術研發(fa)(fa);開展超小型陶(tao)瓷(ci)光電耦(ou)合器、新型三維堆疊電源控制單元等(deng)核(he)心器件關(guan)鍵技術研發(fa)(fa)與(yu)產業(ye)化(hua);開展以打印OLED用高(gao)效(xiao)(xiao)空(kong)穴傳輸材(cai)料(liao)、高(gao)色域(yu)彩色光刻膠、量子膜、高(gao)強玻璃蓋板等(deng)平(ping)板顯示材(cai)料(liao)研發(fa)(fa);開展量子通(tong)信、導(dao)航SOC、光通(tong)訊、電子雷管、氣體(ti)傳感高(gao)速(su)高(gao)精度模(mo)數轉換器等(deng)重點應(ying)用領(ling)域(yu)專用芯片,以及國產控制器、存儲器、射頻前端、太赫(he)茲、多(duo)模(mo)信息(xi)感知處理(li)等(deng)高(gao)端芯片研發(fa)(fa)。
